 12-week free support programme for Social Enterprise Start-ups in Salisbury


Innovia is a 12 week support programme for Social Entrepreneurs. It will be run by Quench, a unique social enterprise training centre, co-working space and cafe on Churchfields, Salisbury. Quench believe that Social Enterprises can change the world for good and in a sustainable way and so they want to encourage more people to understand how to set up and run a social enterprise. They will deliver this free 12 week programme in partnership with Rlabs, and the School for Social Entrepreneurs in Hampshire.

The programme which will run from 25th September to 18th December 2017 includes weekly training, a hot desk in our co-working space, peer to peer support, advice from experts and mentors and a final pitch to investors.

By the end of the programme you will have created your business plan, tested your product/idea, gained skills and developed a mindset for social innovation.

Topics include: vision and strategy, business model canvas, product development, revenue model, marketing, sales, types of investment and more. Each training session will be delivered by an experienced business leader or expert.
