Innovation Workout: 27, 28 & 31 July, online PLUS dates throughout 2020
Delivered by SETsquared, the global no. 1 Business Incubator, this fast paced and dynamic workshop is designed for businesses which have a digital element to their products/services.
Brought to you at a time when many founders are adapting their business models to suit a changing and uncertain environment, this Innovation Workout will give you dedicated time with expert mentors to revisit and scrutinise your business model.
Broken down into two half day sessions, it will give you the opportunity to consider different financial models, develop new and existing products as well as identify new revenue streams.
The outcome will be a developed business model with a greater potential for investment and growth.

Become a digital leader in your business
Leadership in the Digital Age (LIDA) is a FREE programme of 1-day masterclasses and mentoring, designed to help businesses make the most of new technologies.
This Digital Leadership Programme offers a series of 5 fully funded, practical masterclasses to look at your
- Digital vision and strategy
- How digital technologies could help your business
- How to help your staff adapt to changes in digital culture
- How your business processes can be streamlined by using technology
These practical sessions , coupled with peer support and one to one mentoring will help you to instigate a transformative action plan for your business and to ensure it is not only making the most of what is currently available, but also fit for the future.
The five sessions are fully funded and to qualify you have to either live or work in Wiltshire or Swindon and the business has to have at least 3 members of staff.
You’ll also need to commit to all five sessions: 10 September, 8 October, 10 November , 9 December 2020 and 21 January 20201. The sessions will be via Zoom to start with then at Digital Mansion Corsham once face to face events allowed.
