Porton Science Park (PSP) now offers two buildings – The Beech Allen (Building A) and The Lyle (Building B) with lab and office space options to suit the size of your business ranging from sector related coworking to highly specified office and lab suites for long term lease.

Renting office and lab space at PSP also offers you access to its Conference Centre at discounted hire rates.

Building B offers a Conference space for a variety of meeting requirements including a full space which can also be configured to three partitioned meeting areas for smaller meetings.

Porton Science Park (PSP) is located ten miles from Salisbury in Wiltshire and is part of the Porton Down Science Campus which is also home to Dstl (the Ministry of Defence’s Defence and Science Technology Laboratory), the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) Porton and Porton Biopharma Ltd.

PSP’s first phase opened in early 2018, offering 4,048 m2 comprising meeting venues, laboratories and office space.

On site site business support is available at PSP through its Business Hub offering bespoke mentoring to help innovative and sector related start ups and SMEs in the Swindon and Wiltshire area to achieve growth and exploit their potential.
